Apron weaving project was started in 2012 among the Lhowa people from Mustang district of Nepal.
They are also called Lowa & Loba.
This project is organized by HIS Nepal and sponsored by National Geographic Project.
Apron weaving project was started to preserve and protect endangered traditional skill of apron weaving and for women empowerment.
