विपन्न तथा सिमान्तकृत समुदायलाई साक्षरता र विद्यालय शिक्षामा पहुँच पुर्याउदै  समतामुलक र समावेशी गुणस्तरिय शिक्षाको क्षेत्रमा योगदान पुर्याउनु हाम्रो उद्देश्य रहेको छ । 

 सबैखाले विभेद अन्त्य गरि रुपान्तरित समाज निर्माणमा समता र समावेशी गुणस्तरिय शिक्षाले महत्वपुर्ण भूमिका खेल्ने तथ्यलाई हिज नेपालले आत्मसाथ गर्दछ र हामी समता र समावेशी गुणस्तरिय शिक्षाको लागि समुदाय, स्थानिय सरकार, विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति, अभिभावक र अन्त सरोकारवालाहरुसंग सगै काम गर्दछौं । 

नेपालमा प्राथमिक तहको अध्ययन गर्ने क्रममा बिचमै बिद्दयालय छाडने संख्या निकै छ । नेपालमा रहेको आदिवासी जनजाति मध्ये पहाडी जिल्ला रामेछापमा रहेको स्युबा जाति पनि एक हो । स्युबा जाति आ.ज.उ.रा. प्रतिष्ठानमा सूचिकृत नभएको तर पहिचान उन्मुख यस जातिको भाषा सरंक्षण, विकास र प्रवर्धन कार्यक्रमको साथसाथै स्युबा बालबालिकाहरुको शिक्षामा पनि गुणस्तर वृध्दि गर्ने उद्देश्यले स्युबा बाहुल्यता रहेको २ वटा आधारभुत विद्धालयमा दिवा खाजा कार्यक्रम सन्चालन गरिरहेको छ । लिखुतामाकोशी गापाको जनकल्याण  आधारभुत विद्धालय  र भुवनेश्वरी आधारभुत विद्धालयमा जम्मा ११० जना विध्दार्थी र ९ जना शिक्षक गरी जम्मा ११९ जना यस कार्यक्रमबाट प्रत्यक्ष लाभ पाइरहेका छन् । यस खाजा कार्यक्रमबाट निम्न परिवर्तनहरु देखिन्छन्।

१. विध्दार्थीहरु नियमित विध्दालय आउने । 

२. जङक खानामा कमी साथै घरमा बुवाआमालाई पैसा नमाग्ने । 

३. पढाईमा राम्रोसंग ध्यान दिने 

४. सासाना बालबालिकाहरु कक्षाकोठामा रुन, कराउने वन्द भएको । 

५. विध्दालय जान खुशी मानेको ।

६. बालबालिकाहरु दिनभरी बस्ने, भागेर घर जान वन्द भएको छ ।  

•  What results or changes has this program brought? 

The following positive changes are seen in the schools as said by the teachers:- 

1. Regular attendance of Students

2. No more junk food & children have stopped asking money to parents.

3. Paying great attention towards teaching

4. Children have stopped crying in the Classroom as now they aren't hungry all day.

5. Students are happy to go school, no complain about school by children at home.

6. Students stay all day in school.

•  Updates & Feedbacks 

Representatives & Volunteers from HIS-Nepal visit the 2 schools every year. 

During the visit, warm jackets are distributed to the children. Additionally, fun classes like music class, art & crafts class, sports and games are given to the students. Volunteers also paint the school area to improve the school's infrastructures. 

Representatives & Volunteers get to talk with the children directly. According to the volunteers, the students love the lunch program and they enjoy coming to school because of the lunch program. They find the food very tasty as well as nutritious. Students shared their happiness to the volunteers and told them how they no longer have to stay hungry all day. They are very encouraged to come to school. The parents and teachers also shared that their students or children get warm and healthy lunch, they are also provided with warm jackets on winter due to which no children from the two schools get cold during winter.
